When Founder, Anthony Brahimsha, witnessed the healing effects of Ready-to-Use Therapeutic Food to treat severe acute malnutrition during humanitarian crises in his native Syria. It was his learnt value of food as medicine that became the catalyst behind solving a real-world problem by sharing authentic world flavors and make this world a more promising place.
